Princess Cake
Moist white chiffon cake filled with Bavarian custard, raspberry conserve and whipped cream enrobed in marzipan. Edible seasonal garnishes include holly, pumpkin stalk, and valentine rose.

St. Honoré Cake
Thin layers of white chiffon cake brushed with rum, filled with rum custard and whipped cream atop a layer of flakey puff pastry coated with rich chocolate butter cream. This beautiful cake is frosted with whipped cream and rum custard bon bons then finished Maraschino cherries and a festive red ribbon.

Creamy Bavarian custard encased in buttery pâte sucré, topped with a generous amount of fresh seasonal fruit.

Deep dish 8" flaky buttery crust pie with season fruits.
